 Alvord Home Inspections provides professional residential home inspections. We specialize in condominium, single-family home, multifamily unit and new construction inspections. We also perform first year anniversary inspections.
We service all communities in San Diego County, plus the Temecula and Murrieta areas.
Richard Alvord, CCI, is a full time professional home inspector trained by Inspection Training Associates (ITA), and a Certified CREIA Inspector (CCI) member.
He brings 24 years combined real estate sales, single-family residential, multifamily, commercial development, and rehabilitation experience. In addition to his extensive real estate background, Richard has owned and operated his own real estate development business, supervised the construction of office buildings, single use commercial buildings, strip shopping centers, single-family homes, condominium buildings and remodeled residential properties.
